My Musings on the phrase, "Kaaga Ka Munder Be Bolna", and its deep rooted connection with Hindi Film Music!
Its references to earlier songs, from songstress Suraiya's croon from the 1947 hit, "Parwana" - my memories go back to Radio Ceylon and childhood!
And then, the reference to the double blockbuster, "Hum Aapke Hain Kaun" - Maayini Maayi Munder Pe Tere" - straight from the teen years (1994)
